I specialize in one day projects. There is no job too small, but maybe a few that might be too large (and I will gladly tell you that up front and direct you to a reputable shop to get the job done).

I only work on Sundays. Why? Partly because I work weekdays, partly because I want to stay busy and partly because that is when you will be home to watch the work get done. I provide free estimates over the phone or by appointment during evenings.

Notes: I just want to be up front about these things so that no one is surprised afterwards.

  1. I typically only do projects that can be completed within 8 hours, unless you are willing to have the project streach over 2 or more Sundays.
  2. My rate is $35/hour but we can negotiate a flat rate project.
  3. I can't haul trash away but I do clean up after myself.
  4. Materials or equipment rental costs will include applicable taxes and a 10% cartage fee. Feel free to ask to see the receipts.
  5. Of course, I would not think of charging for small common items such as nails, screws, glue, etc.
  6. Distances over 15 miles from West Dundee, IL, will incur a mileage charge of $0.30/mile (round trip).
